Job Description

The Training Scheduler role is a full time employment opportunity, operating out of B2W Software Headquarters in Portsmouth, NH.  The Training Scheduler is responsible for coordinating the assignment of training resources for in-person and online training offerings.  The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to multitask effectively, have an exceptional eye for detail, and be an independent decision maker.  This candidate will review incoming requests for training, determine the skillsets required to deliver, assign a training resource, and then coordinate confirmations with the client. Other responsibilities include gathering training metrics, reviewing customer feedback, and making recommendations to management when last minute changes occur (delays to travel, inability of trainers to deliver due to personal emergencies, etc.).

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review all incoming training requests and assign request to a training resource
  • Keep detailed record of client interactions in CRM
  • Provide information on calendar outlook to other departments
  • Generate sessions for online trainings and distribute connection information to trainers and attendees
  • Update status of training sessions as dates are confirmed and trainers book travel
  • Compile travel packets for trainers traveling outside of the United States
  • Report on metrics related to trainer utilization, training satisfactions, and training backlog
  • Handle reservations of training spaces when clients travel to a B2W location
  • Serve as backup to Customer Experience Coordinator for organizing reservations and catering when clients travel to a B2W location

 

Qualifications & Requirements

A qualified candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and must demonstrate profound attention to detail.  A successful person in this position will also display excellent judgement, be sensitive to client and internal needs, and be able to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software, administration, event coordination, resource management or other related field
  • 2 year degree in a field suitable to the role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and experience with CRMs (Salesforce) preferred
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests in relation to client requests balanced with internal demands
