Job Description

 

Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing, the Sr Digital Marketing Manager will contribute to marketing campaigns and sales support. We’re a fast-paced team looking for a hands-on individual with hands on software marketing experience and technical prowess. The ideal candidate will inspire and scale B2W Software’s inbound lead gen campaigns – in ways that cut through the clutter and engage the best prospects. Fueling an undeniable passion for SQLs, marketing automation, SEO, social media and data analytics are just a few of your remarkable skills. 

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

PPC Campaigns and Social Media

  • Own Google PPC campaign creation, analytics, and optimization, staying current on strategies for optimizing Quality Score and conversion
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase audience/engagement; communicate new content and events on social media daily and utilize paid advertisements where appropriate
  • Manage B2W’s qualified online user reviews program on App Stores, Gartner, FeaturedCustomers, G2, and other sites

SEO and Website Management

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices for Website development, traffic acquisition and conversion
  • Direct the activities of an outsourced Web developer and internal resources
  • Oversee all aspects of SEO, optimizing digital content on Webpages, forms, blog posts and landing pages for best ranking

Email Marketing and Demand Generation

  • Working directly with sales, marketing and product teams, execute targeted national/regional email campaigns from concept through measurement
  • Propose and document campaign strategy, actively communicating plans, activities and results
  • Build and maintain effective email templates, consistently testing new formats, deliverability/open tactics and offers
  • Plan, execute and measure monthly Webcast campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Collaborate with our communications and creative team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs

Lead Management

  • Manage the assignment of incoming leads to account development reps and field sales teams
  • Own the build out of a world class multi-touch attribution system for campaign contribution to pipeline and program ROI
  • Apply a deep understanding of B2W’s personas and buyer journey to create effective lead nurture tracks and dynamic list building capabilities
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Several years of relevant work experience in inbound/outbound digital marketing execution/measurement and operations; software setting preferred
  • Demonstrated hands-on leadership and project management skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Track record of implementing SEO, PPC and email campaign best practices with a solid grasp of success metrics 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce (Lightning), Salesforce reporting and Pardot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Technical aptitude, including basic HTML, CSS, WordPress, and CVENT Flex skills
  • Familiarity with SEMrush or similar SEO tools, Google Ads and Analytics and social media platforms required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with outside vendors and colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Degree in marketing, communications or business preferred with a passion for continuous learning.
